2. Quotes, Pricing, and Estimates

Any prices, estimates, or promotions shown on this website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing for a custom Murphy bed, installation, repairs, or removals will be confirmed in writing by Murphy Bed Sales & Service.

We reserve the right to update or change pricing, promotions, and service details at any time without prior notice on the website.

3. In-Home Estimates and Deposits

For certain projects, we may require a deposit in connection with an in-home estimate, site visit, or to begin processing your custom order. The amount and purpose of the deposit will be explained to you at the time it is requested.

Non-Refundable Deposits After 72 Hours

Once a deposit is paid for an in-home estimate or related services, you have a 72-hour window from the time of payment to cancel and request a refund. After 72 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as time, scheduling, and preparation work may already have been allocated to your project.

4. Orders, Custom Work, and Installation

Many of our Murphy beds and cabinetry solutions are custom-made to order. Once materials are ordered or production has begun, changes or cancellations may be limited and may be subject to additional charges. Any specific terms for your project will be outlined on your written estimate or invoice.

You are responsible for reviewing all measurements, finishes, and selections shown on your estimate or invoice. Please notify us promptly if you see anything that needs to be corrected before production or installation.

5. Intellectual Property
