What can I say! Well, In Aviation we strive for reliable/professional/caring service. I got that and more from MBS team. From the start Paulino and Alex were so very pleasant and honest, I toured the clean shop and witnessed state of the art first class equipment they own to manufacture their products, once we selected style and wood desired, samples were delivered by Alex their CEO as a favor; being i was pressed for time. This said a lot about service and willingness to make a customer happy. RARE ASSET! Communication, honesty, pride, desire, integrity throughout the process was so refreshing and synonymous with MBS . So rare at times in today's world. But Murphy Beds Sales is a very special company indeed. They are truly sparked by pride and owning solutions! Done, not yet....best to come. Ariel and his team drove to the depths of the Florida Keys and meticulously delivered/ assembled the nicest piece of furniture i had ever seen they called it a murphy bed but is was more to me than that to us it was a piece of art....Seafoam color. Highly recommend this color "Seafoam" for homes on the water. In the meantime, as installs and deliveries were happening Paulino a soft spoken, and highly professional gentleman with mild manner and integrity was making sure we were happy by calling to be sure we were satisfied, the delivery/install went flawless of course. I cant say enough about the level of service, integrity, and passion of this team. I thought we were the best Aviation team in the country but MBS gives us all a run for our money.....CANNOT HIGHLIGHT THIS POINT ANY CLEARER AND WITH MORE ENTHUSIASM & HONESTY. THESE ARE THE BEST FURNITURE MANUFACTURERS OF MURPHY BEDS IN THE US IN MY BOOK PERIOD....But better yet quality human beings who truly care!!!! I very very highly recommend them Sincerely yours, ...
